Agreement
By using the Green Field Force website or mobile app you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service
Green Field Force offers delivery of fresh produce and related products from home farms within a limited service radius (currently about 10 km of your selected delivery pin). Availability of home farms, products, and delivery slots may change.
Accounts
You sign in with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device secure. You may delete your account from the Profile screen.
Orders & delivery
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Delivery times are estimates. Please provide an accurate delivery location. Failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or being outside the service area may not be refundable where the order was already prepared.
Pricing & payments
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and may change. Applicable charges will be shown before you confirm an order. Payment methods available on the website, in the app, or at delivery apply as displayed at checkout.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is confirmed or prepared. Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact support promptly if you need help.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with other users or our systems.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Field Force is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this document.
