Green Field Force (“we”, “us”) provides fresh produce delivery from home farms through our website and mobile app. This policy explains how we collect and use your information.
Information we collect
We collect your mobile number to create and sign in to your account. When you place an order we also collect delivery address details (address, city, state, pincode, and map coordinates), order items, and order status history. Device location is used only when you choose to set or update a delivery pin.
How we use information
We use your data to authenticate you, show nearby home farms, deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share order and delivery details with delivery partners and home farms only as needed to fulfil your order. We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting, maps, and databases) who process data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep your account and order data while your account is active and as needed for delivery, support, and legal compliance. If you delete your account, we remove your account profile. Order details needed for fulfilment and delivery records may be retained and marked as coming from a deleted account.
Your choices
You can update your delivery location in the app, sign out at any time, and request account deletion from Profile → Delete account, or visit https://www.greenfieldforce.in/delete-account. After deletion you will need to sign in again with your mobile number to create a new account.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The service is intended for users who can place delivery orders. Do not use the app if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.
